Good afternoon dear readers and welcome back to Saturn6! I am Ken Baxter and today is Tuesday, January 7th, 2014. I hope your New Year is going well so far. Mine is starting off with a bang! We are hard at work; forging ahead with planning and strategizing for an expansion of all of our companies and our public charities in 2014! In my last blog, I was discussing some of my New Year’s resolutions. One of my most important resolutions for this year is to continue to help strengthen American jobs through resurrecting manufacturing and promoting Patriotic Spending via our public charity Made in America. In addition, through Green Global, we want to continue working toward saving the planet through sustainability and helping to reduce our environmental impact on Planet Earth. With those ideals and resolutions in mind, today I’d like to bring one of my favorite brands, Apollo Realty Investments, into the limelight!
Apollo Realty Investments was created to help fund and invest in smart, profitable real estate opportunities and recognize the niche market where banks would likely not invest. Our goal is to make these investments in important real estate projects and start-ups in America, one company at a time, starting locally in Las Vegas and its’ surrounding areas. So far, Apollo and Ken Baxter of Las Vegas have made significant headway by financing several promising opportunities – Liberty Homes, Kingman Farms, EZ Properties, and Harmony Homes’ Tremezzo at Lake Las Vegas, and are constantly on the lookout for other promising opportunities to expand and grow America’s real estate offerings.

Our second investment opportunity, which we are very excited to promote, is Kingman Farms in Golden Valley, Arizona. Kingman Farms is one of the largest 100% organic farming operations in the world and uses only Made in the USA equipment, materials, tools, and machinery in their farming practices. As of 2013, they were able to transform a significant portion of northern Arizona desert into a successful vegetable, fruit, and grain production area, which is no easy task! During the summer and fall, Kingman was able to produce crops of bell peppers, hot peppers, sweet corn, watermelon, cantaloupe, cabbage, broccoli, and cauliflower on over 600 acres and plans to utilize 2,000 acres next season. Within 5 years, they plan to expand to 15,000 acres and add a packing and shipping operation to allow for shipping produce throughout the U.S. We are very excited to see how big Kingman Farms, and their organic harvest, will grow!
Apollo’s other current investments include: EZ Properties and Harmony Homes’ Tremezzo at Lake Las Vegas. EZ Properties main goal is to rebuild Las Vegas’ neighborhoods one family at a time. In addition, Tremezzo is a lovely, Tuscan style gated community located on the North Shore of Lake Las Vegas, and offers buyers the opportunity to create a semi-custom home within the prestige and privacy of the Lake Las Vegas residential area, all within 17 miles of the Las Vegas Strip!
Today Ken Baxter of Las Vegas manages, owns, and oversees a wide variety of businesses, brands, and non-profit organizations. We are so proud and honored to partner with all of our investments and brands in and around Las Vegas and look forward to moving full steam ahead towards growing and rebuilding Las Vegas’ housing market.
